How do you know when it’s time for a new mattress?
Considering that a good night’s sleep is so important to how well you feel
during your waking hours, you probably shouldn’t wait until there are spring
coils protruding into your back. I realized it was our sagging mattress that
was causing me and my husband to roll together into the middle of the bed. For
the past few months, I had been tossing and turning and losing sleep trying to
find a comfortable position on our 8 year old mattress. I knew it was time for
